Lesson 3 – The Mind

The human brain is one of the most powerful and mysterious organs, capable of limitless possibilities. When people fail to reach their goals, it’s usually because of a simple cause: they aren’t entirely sure what they’re working toward. I’ve said so many times before, identifying and visualizing your goal is the first step to achieving success. If you don’t know what you’re aspiring to be — whether it’s starting your own business or adding to your existing relationships — how do you think you’ll get there?

This is why it’s so important to be as specific as possible about what you want. When you can clearly and concisely define what you want to accomplish, you’ll be less likely to come up with excuses when it comes time to take action.

Understand that there’s no difference between what you want to happen and what you need to happen. It’s all on you!

If you don’t believe you can make something happen, you probably won’t. The story you tell yourself about your own capabilities is the story you’ll live. This is why it’s so important to believe that you can achieve what you want to achieve. If you believe you can, you will.
